"Under Ur Eyelids" is a series of works, a collection reflecting Phoebe Sun's
observations of life. Harmony within conflict serves as her photographic element.
This series is a time-limited record, capturing moments that may be erased within
24 hours of their occurrence, adding to their unique and precious nature. She has
created a PVC display bag, drawing inspiration from the display sleeves for
celebrity cards sold in school bookstores during her childhood.

The first installment covers the years 2020-2023 and captures scenes from the
streets of London. These three years span the experiences of the pandemic and
the subsequent reopening of daily life. Whether on a stroll or during work
commutes, there are always surprises hidden along the paths we traverse. This
series is also published as a Photozine, featuring a surgical eye mask on the cover.

Over these three years, Phoebe Sun underwent two eye surgeries, and post-
surgery, she adorned the eye mask with different expressions daily, as she had to
wear it consistently.
