I am a multi-disciplinary artist, working across painting, printmaking, 3D design, and creative coding.

My work explores the increasingly mediated and networked nature of modes of expression and representation in a world where technology and automation are an inextricable part of daily life. I am concerned with how these automations cement a neoliberal capitalist hegemony and I want my work to function as a break or intervention in this system.

Informed by studies in critical theory and psychoanalysis, currently I make work that explores themes of techne, desire and digital subjectivity. Of particular interest to me is how technologies and networks of communication capture desire, transforming the psyche and modes of expression, and the consequent impact this has on cultural production. I use digital and traditional art media as a means to explore these themes, repurposing them as a form of intervention.

Music, 2D & 3D imagery, urban & rural spaces, and digital aesthetics (e.g. generative digital artwork) are key sources of inspiration for my work that influence subject matter and my use of media.
